Annual registration of a student with INIFD Corporate shall be made after realization of the entire prescribed INIFD Annual Corporate Fee * along with applicable Tax/Cess, etc.
To renew registration for the succeeding year, a fresh INIFD Annual Corporate Fee is required to be deposited within 15 days preceding the expiry date of subsisting registration.
INIFD Corporate has not authorized anybody to collect the Annual Corporate Fee in cash on its behalf.
After the annual registration of a student, no part of the INIFD Annual Corporate Fee shall be refunded under any circumstances.
INIFD Corporate will not provide any printed course material, and after the annual registration of a student, access to the curriculum for personal use over the online student portal ‘MY INIFD’ shall be provided through a unique ID and password.
Prior to his annual registration, a student shall have no legal or equitable right to be enrolled in the online portal ‘MY INIFD’.
It shall be the responsibility of a student to keep himself regularly updated on the ‘MY INIFD’ portal.
On successful completion of assignments/projects, a course completion certificate shall be issued by INIFD Corporate.
It is made clear that INIFD Corporate/ Centre is not a recognized University/ College affiliated with a recognized University or statutory Council, and it does not confer any Degree or Diploma.
By deposit of INIFD Annual Corporate Fee, student and/or guardian shall be deemed to have accepted the aforementioned terms as well as the fee structure without any reservation.
Duration of the course for a particular year shall commence from the date of registration with INIFD Corporate.
On the closure of a Centre wherein a student is enrolled, he can seek a refund of the INIFD Annual Corporate Fee or transfer to any other Centre as per INIFD Annual Corporate fee structure.
Student and /or guardian concede that the terms and conditions mentioned herein would admit no exception, and also waive all the legal or equitable rights that may run contrary to the present terms and conditions.
Any dispute or difference shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the Courts/Tribunals/Forums at Chandigarh only.
During the currency of course INIFD at its sole discretion may at any time enter into new tie-ups or terminate the existing tie-ups with any third party Organisation/ National or International Body/ Brand/Celebrity/Individual or Corporate entity etc. and may make additions/ deletions/ modifications in the course(s)/training program(s) offered in the prospectus without any prior notice to the students. In this regard, no claim/objection from the side of any student shall be entertained.
No application for correction in the certificate, supported by authentic documents; or for the issuance of the duplicate certificate shall be entertained unless a Demand Draft of Rs. 2000/- drawn in favor of ‘NIFD Institute of Fashion Design Ltd.’ payable at Chandigarh is attached along.
It is mandatory for all the students to enroll in INIFD Classroom –The Voice of fashion. The fee paid for the same is non-refundable.
The e-module of INIFD Classroom –The Voice of fashion cannot be transferred to any other student.
Only the students registered to INIFD Classroom – “The Voice of Fashion” would be entitled to participate & witness ‘The Design Festival’
INIFD Classroom –The Voice of fashion portal access will be valid until the course completion.

MANDATORY Annual Subscription FEE for INIFD Classroom @The Voice of Fashion

All the INIFDians will have an access to the digital platform "INIFD Classroom –The Voice of Fashion" to make them entitled to watch and learn from the industry experts.
During the tenure of the course, only the Registered Student will be eligible to participate in ‘The Design Festival’ towards the selection for INIFD Launchpad during Lakme Fashion Week.
It is mandatory for all the students to enroll in INIFD Classroom –The Voice of fashion. For that the non-refundable Annual Subscription Fee of Rs. 2950/- (Rs. 2500 +GST of Rs 450) is to be paid at the respective centre via Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Reliance Brands Limited" Payable at Mumbai.
The e-module of INIFD Classroom –The Voice of fashion is for the personal use of a student and is non-transferable.
